Booking Your Pause
When you’re ready to reserve your Pause session, you can book directly online using the simple system below. You’ll see available times for both locations.
A few helpful things to know before you book:
- You don’t need to know exactly what you need – the Ritual and Tailored Time descriptions are there to guide you.
- Full details (including directions, what to bring, and how to prepare) will be sent automatically in your confirmation email.
- Once you’ve booked, you’ll also receive a consultation form. This must be completed and returned at least 48 hours before your appointment to ensure your treatment can be tailored safely for you. Without a completed form, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- If you’re not sure which session is right for you, feel free to email me first at talktome@thepauseroom.co.uk – no pressure, no obligation.
Payments & Policies
- A 50% non-refundable booking fee is taken at the time of booking to secure your space. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your treatment by cash or card only.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives me time to offer your appointment to someone else who may be waiting.
- Life happens – illness, emergencies, and last-minute situations do come up. I always aim to be fair and understanding, but please know that cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your booking fee.
- This helps honour the time, care and preparation reserved for you.

Before You Book:
Some treatments may need to be adapted if you are undergoing medical care, taking certain medications, or have active skin conditions.
