When your body’s stuck in fight-or-flight, everything feels harder – your sleep, your mood, your focus. Even your skin can flare up under stress. These treatments are designed to help you downshift. They activate the parasympathetic nervous system (the one responsible for rest and recovery), calm the vagus nerve, and create space for your body to reset.

How It Works
Whether it’s a Ritual or Tailored Time, the time you book is yours. Full treatment time on the table, with extra space either side to talk things through and ease out slowly – no rush, no clock-watching.

Which Pause Do I Choose?

If you want the full experience – calming breathwork, facial massage, reflexology, deeper tension release – these are the 90 and 120 minute rituals where everything’s tailored, layer by layer, as we go. They’re structured but intuitive, and always rooted in restoring your calm.
Tailored-Time Appointments
Perfect if you’re decision fatigued, know you want something yet don’t know what, and want someone else take over for a while. These are for skin or body work (or a mix), and we’ll chat briefly before we start, then I’ll follow what your mind and body needs most. No tick-boxes, no scripts – just the support you need, in the time you’ve got.
You don’t have to choose right. You just have to choose pause.

How Much Can you Fit Into Your Tailored-Time?
I’ll always tailor your treatment in real-time – but some things just need more time to land. This isn’t about rules, it’s about getting the best from your session.
- 45 mins is best for focused support (choose back, feet, or face).
- 60 mins gives more space to combine different areas and treatment methods (e.g. reflexology and massage/face and back).
- 90 mins means you can go deeper, blend more than one technique, or simply take things slower.

The Still Point – 2 hours | £140
You’re exhausted but can’t rest. Your jaw’s locked, your thoughts won’t shut up, and your whole body feels like it’s on high alert. Hormones, stress, sleep… it’s all a mess – but you don’t have the time or energy to figure out what’s going on. You just need something to help you feel like yourself again.
The Still Point is a full-body reset designed for the noise, the burnout, the peri “what is even happening” stage and beyond. Beginning with grounding breathwork to calm your system, followed by a slow, steady, intuitive massage through the back of the body to unwind physical tension.
Reflexology zones and acupressure points work deeper – helping with symptoms like anxiety, insomnia, hot flushes, low mood, and brain fog. Woven into your treatment is a facial like no other: not just skin treatment, but a chaos-calming, lymph drainage, fascia release and sculpting massage that lifts, drains, releases jaw tension, and helps skin that’s feeling dull, puffy, or out of sorts.
You won’t walk out a brand new person…but you will feel a hell of a lot more like yourself than when you walked in.

SKIN & STILLNESS — 90 minutes | £110
Skin & Stillness is a facial-led ritual with deeper purpose. Using intuitive massage and slow, responsive touch, this treatment helps you reset not just your skin, but your whole system. Fascia release, lymphatic drainage and sculpting techniques work alongside calming pressure points and grounding breath cues. We’ll focus not only on hydration, hormonal breakouts and sensitivity, but also on easing peri/menopausal tension, dullness, puffiness, and that clenched jaw you forgot you were holding.
Each treatment is tailored in real time – if one area needs longer, it gets longer. If your skin calls for soothing over sculpting, that’s what happens. The flow is flexible, not formulaic.
It’s not about chasing glow – that will happen naturally. It’s about calming the chaos and bringing your face – and self – back online.
You’ll leave with skin that feels clearer, hydrated, lifted, and more alive… and a nervous system that’s not shouting at you anymore.
