You’ve carried everyone else long enough. The Still Point holds you instead. This full-body ritual layers back of body massage, reflex-based footwork, fascia-releasing facial work, and grounding breath to bring you back to centre.

Skin & Stillness is for midlife faces that aren’t playing by the usual rules — breakouts, dryness, sensitivity, dullness, tone shifts, loss of firmness. This is skin care that calms your skin and supports your nervous system along the way.
- Double cleanse, light exfoliation, and calming mask to reset stressed skin
- Sculpting massage to release facial tension, lift contours and revive tone
- Fascia release and lymphatic work to bring back radiance
- Neck, scalp and shoulder work to support deeper relaxation
