Resources for The Menopause Mayhem

If you’re not quite ready to book a treatment just yet, start here. You’ll find tools that you can use at home to help make sense of what’s happening to your body and mind.

Download Feral Chihuahuas & Fine Lines (my menopause field guide) or grab the journal prompts and symptom tracker to start spotting patterns and figuring out what you need to do next.

This page will be updated from time to time with new tools and resources, so checkback when you need a bit of extra support.

Qigong: Sally Blackman

Sally is a personal (and amazing) friend and has been teaching Qigong since 2015.

Qigong is moving meditation, the integration of breathing practice with mindful movement to allow your body to relax and your mind to settle. We look for the stillness within the movement, the calm centre enhanced by the breath, through a series of time honoured exercises.

Qigong is also effective for your physical health, improving flexibility, balance and core strength.

Classes are inclusive, supportive and relaxed. They are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
