Treatment Course Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before purchasing or beginning a treatment course with The Pause Room. They explain how courses, appointments, cancellations, refunds and payments are managed.
A treatment course is a series of treatments purchased together and designed to achieve the best results within a recommended timeframe.
What are the main terms for enrolling in a treatment course?
These terms apply to all treatment courses purchased through The Pause Room, regardless of the payment method used. By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms alongside the Pause Room Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Purchasing a treatment course
Treatment courses are designed to provide the best results when completed within the recommended timeframe.
Courses may be purchased online through The Pause Room booking system using any available payment method, including instalment options where offered.
By purchasing a course, you agree to these Treatment Course Terms & Conditions together with The Pause Room Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you purchase a treatment course online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, provided no treatments from the course have been taken.
If you choose to begin your course within the 14-day cancellation period, you are requesting that treatment starts immediately. Should you later cancel the course, any treatments already received will be charged at their normal individual price before any refund is calculated,
This means any course discount will be removed before the refund is calculated.
If the value of treatments already received is equal to or greater than the amount paid, no refund will be due.
If you have paid using an instalment payment provider such as Clearpay, any approved refund will be processed via the original payment method in accordance with the provider’s procedures.
Booking Appointments
Appointments booked as part of a treatment course are subject to The Pause Room Booking & Cancellation Policy.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, the treatment will be deducted from your course in line with the current booking policy.
Treatment courses are non-transferable and may only be used by the named purchaser.
Course Validity
Each treatment course has a validity period, which is shown at the time of purchase.
Treatments must be completed within this period and cannot be carried over once the course has expired.
Where a course has been designed to achieve the best results within a specific timeframe, appointments should be booked accordingly.
Medical Changes & Suitability
If your health or medical circumstances change after purchasing a treatment course, please let me know before your next appointment.
If a treatment within your course is no longer suitable, I will discuss the most appropriate options with you. Where possible, an alternative treatment of equivalent value may be offered.
