How long we retain your data
Client treatment records are retained for 7 years, in line with UK insurance and professional guidelines.
Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Enquiries and non‑client correspondence may be kept for up to 12 months.

- Ovatu – for managing bookings, consultation forms, and treatment records
