Story: Living with Insomnia
A woman I know through my wider community shared how menopause made her insomnia worse. It’s a short, honest video on a pharmaceutical company’s site. If you battle with insomnia, this may feel familiar, and a possible way forward.

Qigong: Sally Blackman
Sally is a personal (and amazing) friend and has been teaching Qigong since 2015.
Qigong is moving meditation, the integration of breathing practice with mindful movement to allow your body to relax and your mind to settle. We look for the stillness within the movement, the calm centre enhanced by the breath, through a series of time honoured exercises.
Qigong is also effective for your physical health, improving flexibility, balance and core strength.
Classes are inclusive, supportive and relaxed. They are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
